HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner cables as follows at noun yesterday; — The hemp market is tirm at the advance. Supplies fall short of the demand. Quotations nominal. Good fair Xew Zealand £74, fair £7O, government graded fair Manila £93, coarse £7B. March-August shipment, good fair New Zealand £72, fair £O9, government graded fair Manila £93, coarse £77. The output from Manila for the week is not stated.
