Before his Honour Mr Justice EdAvards, at the Palmerston Supreme Court yesterday. Gra.cie E. Belli! made apjJiealion for a dissolution of her marriage Avith Robert William Bellit on the ground of adulterv.

A decree nisi was granted, to b( made absolute in three months.

Surah Wright proceeded against George Henry Wright for a divorce 011 the ground of desertion. Petitioner stated (hat she was at present living in Foxloii. and was married to Wright in January, HUH). There Avere three children. Her husband because she corrected one of the children one day, ordered her oat of the house and swore at her. They had had frequent quarrels ahottf the children. Her husband had also si nude her. When lie put her out of the house she never returned. She had never seen him from that day to this. His Honour did not think this proved desertion. It was the avoman who, if anything, deserted.
