XU BEGIN' OX MONDAY. The next military ballot for members; of the -First Division of the Expeditionary Force Deserve for the purpose of making up shortages in the 27th and 28th Reinforce--ments will be begun on Monday next. it is stated that strict investigations are now being made with a view of prosecuting men who have neglected to enrol or notify changes of address. As two drafts are to be provided for, a much larger number of names will be drawn than usual —probably in the vicinity of 10,000. There have been 10,000 names drawn in the three ballots that have already taken place, and the First Division is being steadily exhausted.
