FOXTON RACES.

The Foxton Racing Club’s annual race meeting, which is one of the most popular with the sporting public on the coast, will be held on Monday and Tuesday next. Excelyeut acceptances have been received, and good fields in all the races are assured. The horses engaged are a good allround lot, and some good racing should result. Given fine weather, this year’s, meeting should be a record one. The usual special train arrangements have been made for the convenience of patrons, and there ’will no doubt be a very large attendance, particularly on Monday (Anniversary Day).
