The High Commissioner cabled* this morning as follows: The hemp market is dull, and prices irregular. Quotations nominal. Good fair New Zealand £6O, fair £SB, government graded fair Manila £62, coarse £59. JanuaryMarch shipment, good fair New Zealand £59, fair £57, government graded fair Manila £6O, coarse £SB.
