BOROUGH FINANCES.
The Borough Treasurer reported at last night’s meeting as follows: “I have the honour to report as follows: —The following amounts were received during the month of November and placed 10 credit as under: — District Fund account £378 11s Id, cemetery account £2. The balances of the various funds at the Bank of New Zealand as at the 30th November, 1010, were as follow: — District fund account cr. £(>44 Os 4d, cemetery account cr. £2 Os lid, and the ledger balances at the same date as follow: —Cemetery £2 Os lid, general £222 Os, hospital and charitable aid £2l 10s, library £ls 4s sd, reserves £155 Is 2d, sanitation £227 18s fid. Town Hall £B7 3s 7d, Whirokino bridge loan £2l 11s 7d, Whirokino bridge additions loan £.17 Is od, Shannon bridge loan £l3 11s 7d, roads and streets loan No. 2 £5 10s 7d, Beach road loan £l7 ■ 15s lid, Council Chamber and Public Library loan £SO 10s (id, all in credit, a total of £BO4 12s sd. The accounts at debit are: Imprest cash £lO, gas works £53 10s 4d, roads and streets loan £9 14s (Id, gas works loan £75 14s lOd, and town hall loan £O9, a total of £217 19s 2d. SUMMARY.
