]Tl(iII COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows: — The hemp market is linn hut unsettled pending; next arrivals of Manila. Prices continue to advance. Good fair New Zealand £54, fair £52, government graded fair Manila £SB, coarse £55 10s. Janu-ary-March shipment, good fair New Zealand £5,3, fair £sl, government graded fair Manila £57, coarse £55. The output from Manila for (he week was 18,000 hales.
