HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPOKT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows: — The hemp market is quiet hut drm. Good fair Xew Zealand £53, Manila £54 Ids, coarse £sl ids. •January - March shipment, good -air £ol; Government graded fair Manila £53 Ids, coarse £SO Ids, Tin- output from Manila for the week was 24,0dd hales. The stocks ->1 New Zealand hemp on hand at the end of October totalled 585 ions.
