HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled on Tuesday evening as follows: — The hemp market is linn, prices continuing to advance, hut the demand is principally speculative. Trade buyers are caul ions. Quotations are nominal. Good fair New Zealand £52 10s, high-point fair £sl 10s, fair £SO 10s; Government graded fair Manila £sl, coarse £52. Oc-toher-December shipment good fair New Zealand £52, high-point fair £sl; Government graded fair "Manila £55 10s, coarse £SO 10s. The output from Manila for the week was 18,000-hales.
