GERMANY ADMITS LOSS. Washington, Oct, 19. The German Embassy admits that the submarine Bremen has boon lost. New York', Oct. 18. The New York World says that the first German (rans-Atlautic submarine Bremen was captured in the Straits of Dover, when the submarine was following in the wake of a vessel. She became so entangled that it took two days to release her from the net. Five of the crew were dead and the remainder exhausted. Valuable documents and mails were captured. The British also captured a second Bremen, and a third vessel of the same name is now en route to A mcriea.
