It is understood that a conference will be held in regard to the question, of the early closing of hotels during war time between the representatives of the two parties. The sup2>orlers of early closing will be represented by Messrs Anderson, Craigie, ami Wilkinson, whilst the other side will be represented by Messrs W. H. Field, Statham and Wilford. it is anticipated that a compromise of some kind will be arrived at.
