SHIPPING.

The Queen of the South, with general from Wellington, arrived oft, the bar at, 7 o’clock on Tuesday morning, but was not allowed to enter owing to the fresh in the river. The Awahou, coal laden from Westport, via New Plymouth, arrived outside at noon the same day, uud was also held up. Both vessels crossed inwards yesterday morning, but stuck at the Fishermen’s Point. The Queen of the South got off last night, and reached the wharf at 9 o’clock. The Awahou arrived at the wharf this morning at 8.15 o’clock.
