Tie' (pieen of the South, with general from Wellington, arrived off the bar this morning, but was not allowed to enter, owing to the fresh in the rival’ affecting the channel. She returned to Kapili, and will cross inwards on to-morrow morning's tide. The Awahoii, coal laden, from Westport, via New Plymouth, is due to-morrow morning.
