The hemp market is quiet, with a tendency in favour of buyers, owing lo heavy shipments from Manila. It is reported that very little New Zealand hemp is offering, (iood lair £44 Ids,'fair £47 Ids ; Manila, fair £55. New Zealand good fair May4uly delivery £4B, fair £46 ; Manila, fair £54, coarse £sl. The output from Manila for the week was 32,000 bales.
