OXLEY'S GENERAL STORE

Mr E. A. Oxely, who has purchased the business lately carried on by Mr J. M. Kelly arrived in Foxton yesterday, and has now entered into possession. Mr Oxley has a thorough knowledge of the trade, having had sixteen years experience with the leading firms in Wellington, and customers can rely on an up-to-date service, civility and every attention. The business will- be conducted on a cash basis which will enable Mr Oxley to sell at the finest possible prices. Full stocks of groceries, produce, ironmongery, crockery etc., will be carried, and only the best quality goods sold. There will be a regular delivery of goods in the town and district, and Mr Oxley hopes by strict attention to busl- - ness, fair dealing and civility, to merit a fair share of public patronage. _____
