HIGH COMMISSIONER’S report. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows : The Manila market is easier on account heavy receipt figures. New graded fair near at hand has been sold up to £55- Tbe output from Manila for the week was 33,000 bales. New Zealand : There is a good demand for- spot and near parcels. High point fair sold during the week at £46 but £46 5s is now being asked. February - April shipment : Fair may be quoted at 5 s - New Zealand hemp in stock at the end of February was 573 tons.
