MONTENEGRIN CABINET.

The Montenegrin Cabinet has recently been reformed. M. Miuskovich, the Premier, is not new to that office, having formed the first Cabinet alter the grant of constitutional Government in 1905. He is understood to have abandoned the Austrophil views which he then held. His chief colleague, M. Radovich, a Democrat, was Premier in 1907, and had been lately on missions to .London and Rome in connection with the provisioning of Montenegro. His nomination marks his complete restoration to favour by King Nicholas, for he was imprisoned at Podgoritza after the 1 high treason trial of 1908. He Is a cultured man of the world, and speaks excellent Italian.
