Yesterday afternoon a Foston rink skipped by Rimmer journeyed to Terrace End, and were successful in winning . the Gold Stars. The green was in splendid order, and the visitors were hospitably entertained. On the first head the home team scored a single, but on the second Foxton put on a three, and from this out maintained the lead, winning eventually by 22 points to 12. They scored on twelve heads out of the twentyone. The following are the teams and scores : Foxton. Terrace End. Ball Rumble Here Snell Spring Lind Rimmer (s) 22 Hancock (s) 12 Another attempt was made by the local Club to get possession of the Kinniburgh Feathers, which have been held by an Otaki rink for almost two years.
