BOROUGH FINANCES.

o The Borough Treasurer submitted the following report at last night’s Borough Council meeting : I have the honour to report that the following amounts have been received during the past mouth and placed to credit as under : To district fund account ,£255 13s 1 id, and to cemetery account £g 17s 6d. The credit balances at the Bank of New Zealand as per pass books are : District fund account £isg 4s 4d, and cemetery account 2s 1 id. The following accounts are at debit : General 15s Bd, sundry debtors os 6d, roads and streets loan 6s 46, and imprest cash total ,£414 2S 6d. SUMMARY.
