HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows : The hemp market is quiet but steady. New Zealand good fair ,£47 10s, fair £45 10s. Spot prices are nominal, as there is no supply on hand. February-April shipment, good fair 10s, fair fair £SS ios, coarse The output from Manila tor the week was 33,000 bales.
