ENTERTAINMENTS.

FULLER’S PICTURES,

An exceptionally strong programme will be screened at the Town Hall to night, including no less chan, three star features, perhaps the most popular of which is a 2.000 ft. comedy (shown as an extra picture) entitled, “Charlie’s Elopement,” featuring the worldfamed comedian, Charlie Cnaplin. Another feature is a stirring story of circus life, in “Victorine,” featuring Miss Dorothy Gish. “The Greater Strength” provides the principal attraction of the entertainment. David Hart is a young physician of unusual strength. He has unintentionally crippled a dear friend for life in a wrestling bout. He takes a vow that he will never use his phenomenal strength except it be to save a life. Owing to this he is made to stand idly by while the bully of the camp makes life unbearable for some of its members. What leads up to the doctor taking the law into his own hands, trouncing the bully, and saving a child’s life, is shown in a very dramatic manner. The supporting items are: “Father Said He’d Fix it,” Lubin comedy; “Britain’s New Army,” an item of great interest; “Getting Andy’s Goat,” comedy ; “A Barnyard Mix-up,” comedy. MONDAY & TUESDAY. “THE OUTCAST.”

The story is written by Thomas Nelson Page, Ambassador to Italy, and portrays the cruelty of human justice and man-made laws. This is the story of a girl in the lower walks ot life, who makes her living as a cabaret dancing girl. Through unhappy circumstances, the girl is to be tried for murder, before the most stern judge of the city. Here is shown the most absolutely accurate Court scenes, and the working out of the case is shown with the utmost fidelity. Other items include: “Tipperary,” scenic; “A Eucky Strike,” comedy-drama; Gaumont Graphic, topical; “Flooey and Axel,” comedy.
