GRAND MILITARY CONCERT.

TOWN HALL THURSDAY

The Military Concert, to be held under the auspices of the Foxton Girls’ Guild in the Town Hall on Thursday evening next, promises to be a great success. The whole programme will be supplied by the best talent in the camp and will consist of instrumental (including stringed orchestra) vocal and elocutionary items of a versatile character. The men will arrive by the evening train on Thursday and the regimental baud will play selections on arrival. The return to camp will be by special train after the concert. The tickets are going off well and it is anticipated that there will be a crowded audience to greet the soldier entertainers who are giving their services for such a noble cause.
