HIGH COMMISSIONER’S report. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows: — The hemp market is rather quiet and buyers are cautious. New Zealand good fair £33 xos, fair £33 1 os, Manila new graded fair £42, coarse ,£3.1, JanuaryMarch shipment New Zealand good fair fair £33, Manila new graded fair 10s, coarse £33 10s. The output from Manila for week was 23,000 bales.
