MANAWATU PATRIOTIC SHOW.
Although entries have been coming in fairly freely, the secretary has asked us to state that there are many ladies who have not yet made their entries. These can be taken up to Thursday next, and outlying exhibitors cab forward them by wire or telephone provided they are confirmed in writing and the tees sent along by next mail. Live stock entries are also due, and will be taken at ordinary rates up to Thursday, 21st lust. The latter include horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, dogs, and also competitions. Anyone desirous of assisting the committee in its patriotic endeavour, and who has not yet received a schedule, should immediately apply for one to the secretary. The grounds are now in splendid heart, and the new cattle pavilions are well on the way to completion.
