MOTORIST KILLED.
Christchurch, September 13, A motor car accident in Ashley river bed, Rangiora, on Saturday evening, resulted in the death of Leonard Stackhouse, aged 27, the youngest son of J. Stackhouse, of Mount Brown station, near Araberley. The car collided with a gig, and the shaft struck deceased in the stomach. lie was removed to the.hospital and died yesterday after an operation.
