HIGH COMMISSIONER’S
REPORT. The High Commissioner cable.d yesterday at noon as follows : —• The hemp market is quiet, but steady. New Zealand good fair grade 10s, fair 10s, forward shipment at the same price, Manila new graded lair ,£3B. The output from Manila for the week was 23,000 bales.
