HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows : The hemp market is firmer. New Zealand good fair grade 10s, fair £3O 10s. Second grade tow £l9 ros. August to October shipment N.Z. good fair grade fair ,£3O, Manila new graded lair The output from Manila for the week was 17,000 bales.
