HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows ; The hemp market is quiet, with small business doing. Good fair fair Manila £3B 10s. July-September shipments: Good lair 10s, fair ,£29103 ; Manila, new graded, fair £36, tair medium £ 32. The output of Manila for the week was 19.000 bales.
