FIRE AT PAHIATUA.
Pahiatl'A, June 30
Shortly before 6 to night a fire was discovered in Joyes Bros.’ men’s outfitters’ shop in Main Street. The stock was insured for over but Joyes estimate the loss at a good amount. The adjoining tea rooms, kept by the Misses Harris, were affected by smoke and water. They had a small insurance on their stock. Both buildings were owned by Staples and Company.
