SHOP-LIFTING.

At the Magistrate’s Court today, Emily King, alias Hawley, was charged with stealing silk blouses, of the value of £6 4s 3d, from tire D.T.C. She pleaded guilty. The police said the woman had entered into the business of shop lifting in a systematic manner ; she carried paper and string to wrap up stolen articles. Accused was fined £~, with costs.
