WELLINGTON CARNIVAL.
COMMERCIAL TRAVELLERS’ CANDIDATE WINS. The Queen Carnival closed at Wellington on Saturday night, and resulted in the election of Miss K, Doughty, the Commercial Travellers’ candidate, who beat Miss McCormack, the Trentham Soldiers’ representative, after an exciting finish.
