HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows ; The hemp market is quiet but Steady. Good fair ,£32 10s, fair ,£3O 10s, Manila 10s. Forward shipments; Good fair 15s, fair ios, Manila ,£3B. The output of Manila for the week was 17,000 bales.
