THE HEMP INDUSTRY.

The Moutoa Estate are inviting tenders from flaxmillers in the Moutoa district for ru'tiug rights during a three years' period from August ist next. Previously the Estate fixed the royalties to be paid, but this year the millers are asked to tender. The following are the royalties paid by the millers to the estate during the past three years. The royalties are based on the price quoted by the High Commissioner on the first Monday in each month :
