DRUIDISM.
The half-yearly meeting of the Mauawatu Lodge, U.A.0.D., No. 73, was held last night, there being a large attendance of members. The balance-sheet for the past half year was submitted, disclosing a very satisfactory position, the accumulated funds amounting to ,£371 9s sd. Officers for the ensuing term were elected and were installed by P.A., Bro. Ball, Installing Master, assisted by P.D.P., Bro. Woods, as Master of Ceremonies. The following are the officers installed i J.P.A., Bro. T. W. Mitchell j A.D., Bro. W. Jane ; V.A., Bro. T.G. Simpson; 1.G.. Bio. W. F. Dudson ; 0.G., Bro. J. McKnight; A.D.8., Bros. E. A. Martin and P. S. Parker; V.A.8., Bros. T. Powell and O. H. Dawson. The ballot for District President was in favour of P.A., Bro. Ball.
