Balfour, First Lord of the Admiralty. Right Hon. Walter Ruucimau, President of the Board of Trade. Right Hon. Walter Long, President ot the Local Government Board. Right Hon. Winston Churchill, Chanceller of the Duchy of Lancaster. Right Hon. A. Birrell, Secretary for Ireland. Right Hon. J. McKinnon Wood, Secretary for Scotland.
