HIGH COM MISSIONER 'S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noun as follows ; The hemp market is firm. Prices in all grades have advanced slightly nominally, but transactions are moderate. Good fair /'qg, fair /, 3r ; Manila ,{,’39 tos. May-July shipments, good fair ros, fair Z'3o 1 os. The output of Manila for the week was 20,000 bales.
