HOCKEY.
The annual general meeting of tiie Foxton Hockey Club was held last night. There was a good attendance and the president (Mr F. Woods) occupied the chair. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year ; Patron, Mr A. Fraser ; president, Mr F, Woods ; vice presidents, Messrs O. Robinson, J. K. Honblow, ). W. Hodgson, R. Hore, R. Mclvlurray, P. G. Jackson, W. Iv Barber, C. F. Johnston, C. E. Robinson, A. Hawke and L. Freeman : club captain, S. Bryant ; vice-captain, K- Furrie ; ben, sec. H. Banghen ; delegates to Association, S. Bryant and S. Austin. The annua! subscription was fixed at 2s fid. It was decided to enter one team only in Horowhenua Association’s competition.
