HIGH COMMISSIONKR’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows ; The hemp market is firmer, but the demand is chiefly for immediate delivery. Manila freights have been raised 30s per ton. Prices : Manila good fair £z 2 10s, fair 10s, forward good fair 10s, fair ,£3O. Forward Manila cannot be quoted owing to the uncertainty concerning the new grading regulations. The output of Manila for the week was 26,000 bales.
