No appearance of judgment debtor who was ordered to pay amount due forthwith, in default, three days imprisonment in the Wellington gaol, warrant suspended if amount is paid on or before March 261 b, 1915. Kscelsior Drapery Co, v Uitham) v. A. B. Morgan. Alter examination judgment debtor was ordered, by consent, to p-.y ..{,4 13s 3d by instalments of 10s per monlb, first payment to be made on or before 26th March. M. Holland (Levin) v. M. Connolly. Ordered lo pay forth with, in default five days imprisonment in the Wellington gaol, warlant to be suspended it amount due, £4 ms, is paid by instalments of £2 per month, ■first payment to be made on or before 26th March.
