ENTERTAINMENTS.

MUNICIPAL PICTURES. To morrow night patrons of the municipal pictures will at the usual low prices have the pleasure ot witnessing the screening of Dumas’ celebrated work, “The Three Musketeers.” So skillfully has the work been perfected, so vivid are the picturings. so well have distinguished Italian actors and actresses done their work that the fascinating children oi Dumas’ giant intellect, to wit, Louis XIII, Cardinal Richelieu, Buckingham, Treville, D’Artagan, Athos, Porthos, Aramis, Anne of Austria, Miladi de Winter, Madame Bonacieux, and the rest, seem to live and breathe again to charm and astonish beholders. ROYAL PICTURES. To-night will be the last opportunity ot seeing the greatest picture yet screened, “Judith of Bethulia.” Last night’s audience , were unanimous in the opinion that it is the best picture yet screened. For to-morrow night an exceptionally good programme has been obtained, the star drama being “Honesty,” a film that has been most favourably commented on wherever shown. It is a beautiful Pathe colour drama of artistic superiority, acted by the finest artists of the French stage. It should create more than ordinary interest at the present time, as the pictures were taken in France in the vicinity of the recent fighting. Other films to be screened are, “Gaumont Graphic,” “Scottish Scenery,” “The Lackey” (comic), “Lite in Hong Kong,” defining quaint customs of this islet of the China Seas, and a Vltagraph comedy entitled “Why 1 api Here.”
