MUNICIPAL PICTURES

Patrons of the municipal pictures have a great treat in storejfe. for them to-night when they will see Asta Neilsen, the great popular actress, in one of her grandest characters, “The Woman of the People.” It is usually sufficient to let it be known that Asta Neilsen will be seen to ensure a bumper house. The other items ot this most entertaining programme are: “Warwick Chronicle,” topical ; “The Champion Pipe Colourer,” comic ; “Typical Russian Dances,” interest; “A Race for a Mine,” drama ; “ Fleeting Fortune,” comic; “Tramp Police.” comic. On Wednesday next “The Three Musketeers,” will be screened, ROYAL PICTURES. The following programme will be screened at the Royal to-night: “The Topical Budget” ; “Hubby’s Night Off,” comic ; “The Trap,” drama ; “Their Cousin from England,” comic ; “Botanical Gardens, Java,” picturing on the finest horticultural homes in the Eastern world; “ Polidor is Hungry,” comic ; and “The Golden Pathway,” one of the Vitagraph Company’s big stars, which made a great American success. It is an immense favourite with the ladies, grandly acted by a great cast. On Monday and Tuesday the great film, “Judith of Bethulia,” will be screened. This abounds in marvellous spectacular scenes, words fail to do justice to their magnificence.
