ENTERTAINMENTS.

ROY AD PICTURES

At the last night the film depicting “The Fall of Constantinople,” was screened and was received with such enthusiasm that the management has decided to screen it again to-night and thus give everyone an opportunity of seeing it. It is one of the finest spectacular dramas ever screened — a gorgeous reproduction in vivid colouring. Described in three words it is Gorgeous ! Radiant ! Beautiful! Usual prices will be charged.

MUNICIPAL PICTURES. Saturday night’s programme is one that should attract a large audience, as the Kalem star film, “The Big Horn Massacre,’’ is one that will create endless interest and excitement. It tells how Fleettoot and Hawkeye, rivals for the hand of Willowbud, fight a terrific knife duel on horseback. Fleetfoot is killed. Willowbud hates Hawkeye and runs from the camp. Hawkeye pursues. The maiden is rescued by soldiers under Blake. Foiled, Hawkeye returns to the camp and tells chief Buffalo Face, Willowbud’s father, that the girl has been captured by the soldiers. The chief declares war and the tribe attack the fort. The Indians are defeated after a terrific battle. Shortly afterwards an attack is made on an emigrant train and only two whites escape death— Lee, who goes for assistance, and his sweetheart Vera, who becomes Hawkeye’s captive. Filled with a desire to avenge the death of the women and children in. the party, the soldiers proceed to the Indian camp. Blake divides his force and strikes the enemy from two sides. The Indians, despite desperate resistence, are almost wiped out. Lee slays Buffalo Face and Hawkeye single-handed. The boy later discovers that Vera has been found in Hawkeye’s tent by Blake. The lovers rush to each other’s arms. The other drama, “Fortune’s Turn,” is a strong Vitagraph and human story showing once again that when night is darkest, dawn is nearest. “The Topical Budget,” gives us the latest news tabloided and presented in picture form. “Around Belfort,” is a unique scenic and a very excellent and picturesque depiction. “The Matores>” is a particularly fine and clever vaudeville act by the Pathe Freres Company. The comics are, “Her Husband and My Wife,” “Dynamite Love,” and “Some Nerve.”
