THE HEMP MARKET.
HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market is dull and holders would like to realise. The market is overstocked and depressed. New Zealand good fair spot, ,£25 ss; fair, 10s ; AprilJune shipments good fair, ,£25 15s; fair, £22 15s. The output of Manila for the week was 29,000 bales.
