Auckland, January 31. Arthur Richards, an official of the Labour Department, Wellington, was charged at the Police Court with having stolen 27s sd. The police asked that the accused be remanded to Wellington, stating that the amount involved in the alleged defalcations was about £9°- . .. SL ...
