HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows: — The Manila market is depressed on acccount of heavy recent arrivals and the absence of trade demand. Prices are somewhat steadier. The New Zealand market is quiet but steady. All prices are about the same as last quoted.
