HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows: —
The Manila market is easier but spot prices have not quotably changed. January - March, ss. The output for the week was 13,000 bales. Only small business has been done iu New Zealand hemp last week. Good fair ruled irregular, sellers asking £29 5s and buyers offering ,£2B 15s. Fair £25 15s for any position.
