A VESSEL SEIZED.

The ketch Spittire, belonging to an old meat freezing company at Whangarei Heads, has been.seized under a writ of the Admiralty, and now lies alongside the railway jetty.

The writ has been issued for the recovery of unpaid wharfage dues. The vessel has the warrant, of embargo nailed to the main mast.
