; A well attended, committee jolting of the above was held last night, presided over by the President, Mr Witchell. A letter was read from Mr Mason re judging at Bulb Show, pointing out that owing to the .calls made upon his time he was compelled to charge a judging, fee of one guinea, plus expenses. After some discussion, it was decided to ask Mir Rhodes, of Rata, to officiate, and failing him, Mr Shailer. A lengthy discussion took place on. the schedules for the Spring and Autumn Shows, which had been carefully revised by a subcommittee. In the pot plant section, it was decided that all exhibits should be shown in regulation flower pots, instead of any kind of receptacles. It was decided to strike out the photography class. A number of minor alterations and deletions were agreed to,' It was decided to make the Spring Show a two days exhibition, and the Autumn one day. The dates for- the SpringShow - were fixed for November aoth and ciSt, and Autumn Show March yth, 1914. The question of dieting points prizes was -left with the President and Secretary. It was decided to abolish late entries, and in future entries will dose at 10 p.m. two days before the Show.
