ENTERTAINMENTS.

MUNICIPAL PICTURES,

TO-NIGHT

A splendid picture programme is to be submitted at the Town Hall to-night. Particulars of the films were given in our last issue. The newly engaged orchestra will provide suitable music. Prior to the commencement of the entertainment. the Borough Band will provide a selection of music in front of the hall.

HAYWARD’S PICTURES. A really fine programme will be screened at Hayward’s on Monday night. It includes three very interesting dramas, the star of which is “ Hazards ot Life,” a production by the Royal Company, 2,277 feet in length. It is a particularly well-acted story and rivets the attention of the audience from start to finish. “ Forbidden Love is an Indian drama based on the rule ot a number ot Indian tribes in which intermarriage between various castes is sternly forbidden. The third drama is by the Lubin Company and is entitled “ Literature and Love.” The comedies include “ The Godmother,” by the Vitagraph Company, which is very much after the style of “ Charley’s Aunt,” and is bound to raise roars of laughter. There will also be shown two fine scenic films, “ A Visit to Berlin Tiergarten,” and “ Coalfields of Decazeville.”
