REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market is dull Manila is being freely offered fo sale by speculators. Good fairr June—August shipments, good fair ; fair, ; Manila. 1 os. The output of Manila for the week was 18,000 bales.
